Why Men’s Mental Health?
Men are often left out of the mental health conversation. Cultural norms and outdated expectations have taught men to stay silent, suppress emotion, and “man up.” The result? A dangerous lack of support, rising rates of depression, addiction, and suicide — and a world of unspoken pain
What We’re Building
We’re creating interest groups for men, by men — safe, nonjudgmental spaces where vulnerability is valued and support is real. Whether through peer-led discussions, creative expression, or outdoor meetups, our goal is to help men build meaningful connections and gain access to resources that promote real healing.
What We Hope to Offer
✅ Peer Support Circles – Honest conversations with other men navigating life, loss, growth, and healing.
🎨 Creative Workshops – Art, writing, and storytelling as tools for expression and processing.
🌲 Movement & Mindfulness – Hikes, breathwork, and physical activity to reconnect with the body and reduce stress.
🗺️ Resource Navigation – Help finding affordable therapy, support groups, crisis services, and more.
Who It’s For
Trans men, cis men, and masculine-aligned nonbinary folks. This space is for anyone who has felt the pressure to stay quiet, stay strong, or stay isolated — and is ready for something different.
